Feedback of Ms. Lupe Valdes services at Boza & Roel Funeral Homes: Ms. Valdes is the consummate professional. Patient, caring, and service oriented, she was a God send to our family in times of need. My situation was somewhat special because I reside in Texas and I was afraid our communication channels would be a distraction and a burden. On the contrary, Ms. Valdes was always there for us and everything went according to plan and as described in the funeral home balance sheet (costs of the funeral). I would highly recommend Ms. Valdes to all those families dealing with the loss of a loved one. Things will be much easier with Ms. Valdes. Good job and well done. Erasmo Piñero (funeral client)

A sudden death of a loved one is never easy but the entire staff was amazing and they facilitated and handled everything with dignity and compassion. All services they provided from the pick up to arrangements and the cremation were all completed quickly and with as little trauma as possible. Prices were fair and they offered many different options.

The Boza name has been a long-time staple in the city of Tampa funeral business - whereas my Mother’s (1987) and Grandmother’s (2012) services were handled meticulous by A.P. Boza and Boza and Roel respectively. So when my Dad’s health started to fail in 2019, he wanted to pre-plan his services so that myself or my brother wouldn’t have to make any painstaking decisions. We easily decided to utilize the Boza and Roel Funeral Home. 4 years ago, I spent over 4 hours with Mary Titmus from Boza and Roel, myself and my Dad vis telephone to get every detail on paper. My Dad felt relieved as well as my brother and myself that everyone was done. Well, Dad passed away a week ago and the process of getting him to the funeral home was seamless. Our director this week was Yessenia Ulloa and she was a pleasure to work with in finalizing all the details that we couldn’t take care of until my Dad had passed. Thank you to Jessie as well as all the staff who handled all the logistics on the day of the services. My Dad looked good and I know he would have given his stamp of approval.
