I am thankful to the staff at Boza & Roel Funeral Home for helping my mom, siblings and I navigate through this difficult process after losing a loved one. Our funeral director, Kathryn Cosper, took the time to explain the different service packages and worked with us, answering all questions and concerns we had. The day of the service, as promised, Kathryn was present and assisting with any issues that arose and directing the flow of all family members and friends that were in attendance. The service from start to finish ran smooth. We even had a last minute request for a Sheriff's escort to the cemetery, and Kathryn was able to make it happen. My sincere gratitude to Boza & Roel Funeral Home.

Service was okay at first but after payments , staff was unresponsive, hasn't returned calls and we had a scheduled appointment and they cancel without telling us and never bothered to call us back to reschedule. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I USE OR RECOMMEND THIS FUNERAL HOME.

One of our hardest day ever, but they make sure we were very pleased . This funeral home was not only so beautiful but very comforting, and Lupe and her staff were incredible with the funeral service we had. It was very hard for the family and I and she make sure that everything we want it was done, from the casket , flowers , the video , and the way to the end . Thank you so much for everything!
