They operate like a local company instead of a corporate one by meeting you where your needs are at and are very accommodating. They helped me by providing what I needed by making my grandmother's funeral extra special. Jake, the funeral director, as well as the team there, are very professional and expeditious in a time where it matters most. I am truly grateful to Jake and Boza and Roel for their great customer service.

The Boza name has been a long-time staple in the city of Tampa funeral business - whereas my Mother’s (1987) and Grandmother’s (2012) services were handled meticulous by A.P. Boza and Boza and Roel respectively. So when my Dad’s health started to fail in 2019, he wanted to pre-plan his services so that myself or my brother wouldn’t have to make any painstaking decisions. We easily decided to utilize the Boza and Roel Funeral Home. 4 years ago, I spent over 4 hours with Mary Titmus from Boza and Roel, myself and my Dad vis telephone to get every detail on paper. My Dad felt relieved as well as my brother and myself that everyone was done. Well, Dad passed away a week ago and the process of getting him to the funeral home was seamless. Our director this week was Yessenia Ulloa and she was a pleasure to work with in finalizing all the details that we couldn’t take care of until my Dad had passed. Thank you to Jessie as well as all the staff who handled all the logistics on the day of the services. My Dad looked good and I know he would have given his stamp of approval.

I had my Grandmother actually moved from another funeral home to Boza & Roel after a negative experience at the first funeral home. Everyone at Boza was extremely compassionate and take their work seriously. Our Funeral Director was very knowledgeable and kind. Mr. Michael Murray who took care of us at the actual funeral was nice and helpful everyone complemented the service. I’m sorry to say I never thought there was a difference between one funeral home or another till this experience. I will now recommend Boza to anyone who asks.
