We has a somewhat unusual circumstance, but Lupe was awesome every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about her and Boza&Roel overall. Handled so well and respectfully while coordinating all aspects to of this funeral!! Thank you B&R and Lupe Valdes!

From the moment I walked into Boza and Roel Funeral Home, I was treated with the utmost compassion and professionalism. My funeral director, Jacob, was truly amazing—patient, kind, and understanding. I had no idea where to begin with planning my mother’s funeral, but he took his time to walk me through every step, making a very difficult process so much easier. The first day I met with him, I was immediately struck by how bright, welcoming, and beautiful the funeral home is. It made my family and me feel comfortable and at peace. The atmosphere doesn’t feel depressing or heavy—it truly feels like a place created to celebrate life. Every staff member we encountered was caring, respectful, and professional. Because of the experience we had, my family and I all agree that when our time comes, we want to be taken care of by Boza and Roel Funeral Home. They have truly earned our trust and loyalty.

Mariah was so patience, empathetic and understanding of my families situation. We had a very limited time from the time of death of my father till we have to transfer his body back home to Ethiopia. Mariah and her team worked tirelessly for 5 days to make my father’s wish come in a very short time. They went out of their way and provided us with an excellent customer service and funeral prayer service at their funeral home. They also allowed us to bring our own traditional food for the reception afterwards, helped us with the setup and breakdown of our event. I give Mariah and her team 10 out of 5, spectacular service. Thank you on behalf of my whole family and myself.
