I appreciate all of the knowledge, guidance and support Lupe and her staff provided me during this difficult time. You and your staff made every step of the way meaningful and hopeful. The service was absolutely beautiful and everything my dad would have wanted. You and your staff made sure that all My needs were met. Lastly, your attentiveness to my “constant” emails, made me feel like my dad’s service was your only priority. This didn’t go unnoticed and again, I sincerely appreciate everything that Boza&Roel did for my dad‘s service.

We has a somewhat unusual circumstance, but Lupe was awesome every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about her and Boza&Roel overall. Handled so well and respectfully while coordinating all aspects to of this funeral!! Thank you B&R and Lupe Valdes!

We cannot thank this funeral home enough for the incredible care and compassion they showed our family during such a difficult time. From the very first phone call, the communication was outstanding. Lupe was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful from the beginning, and Shane Lacey, the funeral Director, went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Shane was extremely responsive, but more than that, his communication was proactive — he was constantly following up with us to make sure everything was handled and that we had what we needed. On the day of the service, he was there making sure everything ran smoothly, which gave us so much peace of mind during an emotional day. Even after the service, when Shane was going to be out for a few days, he made sure another staff member was fully informed and ready to assist us with obtaining the death certificates and ashes. That level of organization and care truly stood out. There was a small mishap with the ashes not being divided the way we had requested, but the team addressed and corrected the issue immediately. Most importantly, they made us feel heard and supported every step of the way. The compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail they showed our family were truly exceptional. We are deeply grateful. Thank you for making such a painful experience a little easier to navigate.
