“We cannot thank this funeral home enough for the incredible care and compassion they showed our family during such a difficult time. From the very first phone call, the communication was outstanding. Lupe was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful from the beginning, and Shane Lacey, the funeral Director, went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Shane was extremely responsive, but more than that, his communication was proactive — he was constantly following up with us to make sure everything was handled and that we had what we needed. On the day of the service, he was there making sure everything ran smoothly, which gave us so much peace of mind during an emotional day. Even after the service, when Shane was going to be out for a few days, he made sure another staff member was fully informed and ready to assist us with obtaining the death certificates and ashes. That level of organization and care truly stood out. There was a small mishap with the ashes not being divided the way we had requested, but the team addressed and corrected the issue immediately. Most importantly, they made us feel heard and supported every step of the way. The compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail they showed our family were truly exceptional. We are deeply grateful. Thank you for making such a painful experience a little easier to navigate.”

My sister died suddenly, and I live out of state. Her friends arranged for Boza and Roel to pick her up and keep her until I could get there to make the arrangements. In such a terrible time, Shane was so wonderful in helping with the arrangements. His kindness and professionalism are so greatly appreciated.

We recently lost our brother in Florida. He had no family there, only us in Connecticut. It proved to be very difficult to travel there because of our age and health. We were lucky to have been put in contact with Boza and Roel. We dealt with Shane, who took control and eased our frustrations. He contacted organizations like the V.A. to help us and kept us informed of everything along the way. Shane is a man of great empathy who understood all we were going through. We cannot recommend Boza and Roel high enough.

Shane was always available, whether by phone, email, or even drop-ins, and he accommodated every personal request without hesitation and with care. He ensured we had meaningful time with my father before and after the visitation, and we never felt rushed.
