Shane was always available, whether by phone, email, or even drop-ins, and he accommodated every personal request without hesitation and with care. He ensured we had meaningful time with my father before and after the visitation, and we never felt rushed. Everything he promised was delivered, and his guidance and experience were evident every step of the way. In a time when true customer service often feels lost, Shane and Boza & Roel stand apart. Feedback of Ms. Lupe Valdes services at Boza & Roel Funeral Homes: Ms. Valdes is the consummate professional. Patient, caring, and service oriented, she was a God send to our family in times of need. My situation was somewhat special because I reside in Texas and I was afraid our communication channels would be a distraction and a burden. On the contrary, Ms. Valdes was always there for us and everything went according to plan and as described in the funeral home balance sheet (costs of the funeral).
