Feedback of Ms. Lupe Valdes services at Boza & Roel Funeral Homes: Ms. Valdes is the consummate professional. Patient, caring, and service oriented, she was a God send to our family in times of need. My situation was somewhat special because I reside in Texas and I was afraid our communication channels would be a distraction and a burden. On the contrary, Ms. Valdes was always there for us and everything went according to plan and as described in the funeral home balance sheet (costs of the funeral).
